All prices are in INR (₹). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or pricing mistakes.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Course timings may change with prior notice to enrolled students.
All content, course materials, and software developed by Aparoksha Systems remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
This policy applies to physical products (Chess equipment, books, accessories).
Tracking IDs will be shared via Email/SMS upon dispatch. You can track your order through the courier partner's website.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Refund eligible if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after verification.
Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded, unless there's a technical issue preventing access.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Project-based work refunds depend on milestone completion and mutual agreement.
Course cancellation and refund eligibility depends on timing relative to course start date. Contact us for specific terms.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking) within 5-10 business days.
