1. Business Scope
Aparoksha Systems (UDYAM-KR-24-0069551), proprietor Vasuki.G.Krishna, is a technology studio and software holding entity. It operates in IT services and software products (NIC 62099), educational-support software (NIC 85500), and e-commerce of learning goods when offered (NIC 47912). Physical classes at third-party campuses are not sold as Aparoksha academy memberships. Campuses that use an Aparoksha portal do so under licence.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are in INR (₹). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or pricing mistakes. Digital software seats (including Study Vault) are sold by Aparoksha Systems. Campus tuition collected on a licensed admissions portal is campus revenue, not Aparoksha merchandise.
3. Digital Goods & Software
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, except where a technical fault prevents access. Software seats are licences to use, not a transfer of the product, domain, or source code.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, domains, and course materials developed by Aparoksha Systems — including properties hosted on Hostinger and on private VPS infrastructure — remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5. Product sites
Public product URLs (including blr64.in, blr64.online, blr64.com, arthachess.com, platinumchessacademy.com, and aparokshasystems.online) are software products or licensed portals of Aparoksha Systems. A hyperlink among them does not transfer ownership to a campus or third party.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
Shipping Policy
This policy applies to physical products (Chess equipment, books, accessories).

2. Tracking
Tracking IDs will be shared via Email/SMS upon dispatch. You can track your order through the courier partner's website.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
1. Physical Products
Refund eligible if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after verification.
2. Digital Products
Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded, unless there's a technical issue preventing access.
3. IT Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Project-based work refunds depend on milestone completion and mutual agreement.
4. Software seats & digital learning tools
Seat and subscription refunds follow the product terms at checkout. Contact support@aparokshasystems.com with the order or seat email.
5. Refund Mode
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking) within 5-10 business days.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Digital products and services are not eligible for return
